Building Permits/Land Use Permits/Etc.

The Town of Winfield has just been informed that Sauk County Land Resources and Environment is moving to an online software system for all future permit applications starting on 1/2/25.  

This includes permits for all buildings, any addition to a house or other building, decks, detached garages, sanitary, fire signs, conditional use permits, etc.

You will need to create an account to be able to use the site.  If you do not have computer/internet access, you may apply on a computer at the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment office at the West Square Building at 505 Broadway Street in Baraboo.
